The following projects represent a selection of Kian Corporation's civil construction experience throughout Guam. Over the years, we have successfully completed projects for private developers, government agencies, commercial clients, and as a subcontractor on government and military construction projects. These representative projects highlight the breadth of our experience and the capabilities we bring to every project.
Dondondonki Shopping Center Car Park
Served as the Prime Contractor for the complete civil construction of the Dondondonki Shopping Center Car Park, including mass excavation, piling foundation work, underground water line installation, storm drainage systems, ponding basins, parking lot construction, asphalt paving, site lighting, and associated infrastructure improvements.

U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz – J001B Finegayan Utilities & Site Improvements Phase I
Performed civil construction work as a subcontractor to Granite-Obayashi JV, including earthwork, grading, fine grading, compaction, storm drainage, and site improvements.

GTA Data Center
Served as the Prime Contractor for civil construction of the GTA Data Center, including grading, trenching, underground utility installation, duct bank construction, water and sewer line installation, concrete mat foundation, and building floor slab construction.

Guam Department of Public Works (DPW)
Landslide Remediation project, including landslide remediation, slope stabilization, erosion control, and roadway restoration.

Hawaiian Rock Products – Ready-Mix Batch Plant
Served as the Prime Contractor for the complete civil and structural construction of the Ready-Mix Batch Plant, including site development and supporting infrastructure.

121-Unit Residential Subdivision
Served as the Prime Contractor for the complete site development of a 121-unit residential subdivision, including clearing and grubbing, earthwork, grading, storm drainage systems, ponding basins, and water and sewer utility installation.

Guam Waterworks Authority (GWA)
Performed fine grading, precision compaction, and subgrade preparation for asphalt paving as a subcontractor on the Santa Rosa Water Tank project.

Performed fine grading, precision compaction, and subgrade preparation for asphalt paving as a subcontractor on the Guam Public Health Training & Laboratory Facility.

Performed fine grading, precision compaction, and subgrade preparation for asphalt paving as a subcontractor for this military medical facility.

U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz – P-314 MEB Enablers
Performed civil construction work as a subcontractor, including mass excavation, backfilling, subgrade preparation, and precision fine grading for approximately 25,000 square yards of concrete pavement.
